Baby Einstein videos

by R. Kinsey

Ever since Julie Clark of the Baby Einstein Company released the line of educational movies, books and flash cards for babies, parents have been flocking to purchase these items. I am one of those parents and I have to say that the Baby Einstein products have done wonders for my family.

I say my family because these products are designed to be interactive. The Baby Einstein Company urges parents and siblings to interact with the baby while the movies are playing. The books and flash cards are wonderful additions to the developmental videos for babies.

The music and the images are truly magical. My daughter is mesmerized by the Baby Einstein videos and she’s been watching them for nearly two years. I introduced her to her first developmental video when she was six months old. She really focused on the screen for at least ten minutes and I was thrilled with her reaction.

The Baby Einstein collection has become part of our daily routine. Now that she is two, she loves to watch the Things that Go video as well as the First Signs movie. These are her current favorites. I love that she is actually naming the objects and animals and I really love that she is using sign language as well.

She also asks for her Baby Einstein movies. I know that the recommended age for these videos typically range from nine months to three years but I think that she will be watching the series for a long time to come. This makes the Baby Einstein collection such a great value.

I do recommend buying a series of them. Start off with the Baby Mozart and Baby Beethoven. These are two Baby Einstein videos that your little one will watch over and over again. If you can get your hands on a set, buy it. These videos are priceless and you will get your money’s worth out of them.
