Gender Selection By Diet
This is what you want to do: you want to elevate your PH level to a more acidic environment so that the X bearing sperm can benefit from that. That is why you want to eat foods that have magnesium and calcium. You want to supplement your diet with these foods, but still maintain a prescribed diet:
-Broccoli
-Grapefruit
-Eat apples
-Dairy Products
-Fish
-Eating green vegetable
Eating these foods will only help your X bearing sperm reach the egg.
Gender Selection And Ovulation
Timing is key when you are looking at ovulation and timing as a form of gender selection, knowing full well that the x bearing sperm is a lot slower but stronger than the y sperm. Have intercourse 2 days before ovulation. Ovlulation should be way after sex by 2 days so that the hardier X bearing sperm can “out last” the weaker Y sperm. The x sperm will outlast the Y sperm.
Positions
Since the X bearing sperm is stronger, you want to have a shallow position so that the x bearing sperm lasts longer than the Y sperm. So, in this case you want to use the missionary position.
